Ilmu kedokteran forensik memainkan peran penting dalam sistem penegakan keadilan dengan membantu mengungkap fakta-fakta dalam kasus-kasus pidana. Melalui analisis bukti-bukti medis dan penerapan pengetahuan kedokteran, ilmu kedokteran forensik dapat membantu menentukan penyebab kematian, mengidentifikasi korban, dan mengungkap tindak pidana. Dalam sistem penegakan keadilan, ilmu kedokteran forensik berkolaborasi dengan lembaga penegak hukum lainnya untuk memastikan bahwa keadilan dapat ditegakkan secara efektif dan akurat. Oleh karena itu, ilmu kedokteran forensik merupakan komponen penting dalam sistem penegakan keadilan yang modern dan berbasis bukti.
