Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 60 respondents who have expertise in finance and economics. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 26. The results showed a significant positive relationship between monetary policy, exchange rate stability, and economic growth. Monetary policy has the strongest influence on economic growth, followed by exchange rate stability. The findings emphasize the importance of effective monetary policy and maintaining exchange rate stability to foster sustainable economic performance in Indonesia. These insights provide valuable recommendations for policymakers to optimize macroeconomic policies for growth.
