Lecturers' organizational commitment is a critical factor in sustaining the quality of higher education, particularly amid ongoing challenges in retaining and engaging academic human resources. This study aims to analyze the influence of work engagement, perceived organizational support, and spiritual leadership on lecturers' organizational commitment at Darul `Ulum university, both partially and simultaneously. This research employs an explanatory quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The population comprises all active lecturers, with a sample of 80 individuals out of the 149 lecturers at Darul `Ulum University of Jombang, the sample determined through purposive sampling based on the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that work engagement, perceived organizational support, and spiritual leadership each have a positive and significant effect on lecturers' organizational commitment, with perceived organizational support proving to be the most dominant factor. Simultaneously, the three variables also have a significant effect on organizational commitment and are able to explain a substantial portion of its variance, although other factors outside the model still contribute to the remainder. This study recommends that the university prioritize strengthening organizational support, developing spiritual leadership, and implementing programs to enhance work engagement in order to sustainably strengthen lecturers' organizational commitment.
