Abstract

Rekrutmen dan pemilihan tenaga kerja adalah langkah krusial dalam pengelolaan sebuah organisasi. Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah cara perusahaan melakukan rekrutmen dan pemilihan. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam proses rekrutmen dan pemilihan tenaga kerja melalui tinjauan literatur. Beberapa teknologi yang dieksplorasi dalam artikel ini mencakup sistem manajemen pelamar, platform media sosial, analisis data, dan kecerdasan buatan. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi telah mendukung perusahaan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, mengurangi keberpihakan, dan memperluas jangkauan dalam pencarian pelamar. Akan tetapi, adopsi teknologi ini juga membawa sejumlah tantangan, seperti isu keamanan data dan kekhawatiran tentang keadilan dalam proses pemilihan. Artikel ini memberikan saran untuk menangani tantangan tersebut dan memaksimalkan penerapan teknologi informasi dalam rekrutmen dan pemilihan tenaga kerja.
