Hubungan Self-Compassion dan Burnout pada Tenaga Kesehatan Pasca Pandemi

Pandemi COVID-19 telah memberikan dampak psikologis yang signifikan terhadap tenaga kesehatan yang berada di garis depan pelayanan, salah satunya adalah munculnya burnout akibat tekanan kerja yang berkepanjangan. Burnout yang tidak tertangani dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan, meningkatnya stres psikologis, serta tingginya intensi untuk meninggalkan profesi. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan faktor protektif internal yang mampu menjaga kesejahteraan mental tenaga kesehatan dalam jangka panjang. Self-compassion menjadi salah satu variabel psikologis yang dipercaya berperan dalam mengurangi burnout karena mendorong individu untuk menerima keterbatasan diri dengan lebih adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara self-compassion dan burnout pada tenaga kesehatan pasca pandemi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional yang melibatkan 120 responden tenaga kesehatan. Instrumen penelitian berupa skala Self-Compassion dan skala Burnout yang diberikan secara daring maupun luring. Data dianalisis menggunakan bantuan software EViews 12 melalui uji statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, korelasi Pearson, dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-compassion memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan dengan burnout (r = -0.393; p < 0.001). Selain itu, self-compassion berpengaruh signifikan terhadap burnout dengan kontribusi sebesar 15,45% terhadap variasi burnout yang dialami tenaga kesehatan pasca pandemi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa self-compassion merupakan faktor protektif yang efektif dalam meminimalkan kelelahan emosional akibat beban kerja tinggi dan tekanan psikologis yang berkelanjutan. Secara praktis, penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penerapan program pelatihan berbasis self-compassion dalam lingkungan kerja tenaga kesehatan guna meningkatkan ketahanan psikologis dan kesejahteraan mental pasca pandemi COVID-19.
