Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis dinamika kesehatan mental mahasiswa di era digital melalui pendekatan psikologi klinis dan psikologi sosial. Menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), kajian ini menganalisis 25 artikel ilmiah terbitan 2014–2024 yang relevan dengan tema gangguan mental, intervensi psikologis, serta pengaruh sosial digital pada mahasiswa. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa rentan mengalami stres, kecemasan, dan depresi akibat kecanduan media sosial, cyberbullying, kelelahan digital, dan berkurangnya interaksi sosial nyata. Perspektif psikologi klinis menyoroti pentingnya diagnosis dini serta intervensi seperti CBT dan konseling online, sedangkan psikologi sosial menekankan peran dukungan sosial, norma digital, dan perbedaan konteks budaya. Kajian ini juga menemukan kesenjangan penelitian terkait kurangnya studi longitudinal dan kurangnya intervensi berbasis universitas yang terintegrasi secara digital. Oleh karena itu, penelitian selanjutnya direkomendasikan untuk mengeksplorasi solusi lintas disiplin yang kontekstual dan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental mahasiswa.
