Resistensi Perempuan Dalam Hegemoni Patriarki: Kajian sosiologi Film Gadis Kretek

Film Gadis Kretek (2023) yang diadaptasi dari novel karya Ratih Kumala menghadirkan narasi yang kaya mengenai perjuangan perempuan di tengah struktur sosial patriarkal di Indonesia pada era 1960-an. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji bentuk-bentuk resistensi perempuan terhadap hegemoni patriarki yang direpresentasikan melalui karakter Dasiyah dan tokoh perempuan lainnya dalam film tersebut. Menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi film dan teori hegemoni Gramsci yang dipadukan dengan perspektif feminisme struktural, penelitian ini menganalisis teks filmik secara mendalam melalui metode analisis konten kualitatif dan analisis naratif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resistensi perempuan dalam film ini termanifestasi dalam tiga bentuk utama: resistensi identitas melalui pelestarian pengetahuan tradisional meramu saus kretek, resistensi ekonomi melalui kemandirian dalam ruang produksi industri rokok, serta resistensi simbolik yang tercermin dalam perebutan ruang ekspresi dan pengakuan kontribusi intelektual perempuan. Film ini secara implisit menggugat struktur kuasa yang menempatkan perempuan sebagai subordinat, sekaligus menawarkan model subjektivitas perempuan yang aktif, berdaya, dan tidak tunduk begitu saja pada norma gender yang hegemoni.
