Dampak Merger GoTo dan Grab pada Pengemudi dan Pasar: Etika Bisnis dan Anti-Monopoli

Merger GoTo dan Grab di pasar transportasi online Indonesia berpotensi menguasai 91% pangsa pasar, memicu kekhawatiran akan monopoli. Hal ini dapat mengurangi kompetisi, menurunkan insentif pengemudi, menaikkan harga layanan, dan menghambat startup lokal. Secara etis, merger ini melanggar prinsip keadilan dan tanggung jawab sosial (Crane & Matten, 2016; Keraf, 2006) serta mengabaikan kepentingan pengemudi sebagai pemangku kepentingan kunci (Freeman, 1984). Protes pengemudi pada Mei 2025 mencerminkan kekhawatiran atas pendapatan dan kondisi kerja akibat kontrol algoritmik. Secara hukum, merger ini bertentangan dengan UU No. 5 Tahun 1999, namun KPPU menghadapi tantangan regulasi di pasar digital yang dinamis. Dampak lain termasuk ketergantungan teknologi asing dan melemahnya kedaulatan digital Indonesia. Studi ini merekomendasikan: (1) penguatan regulasi anti-monopoli, (2) perlindungan kesejahteraan pengemudi, (3) penegakan etika bisnis, (4) pemberdayaan startup lokal, dan (5) edukasi publik. Langkah ini diharapkan menciptakan keseimbangan antara efisiensi pasar, inovasi, dan keadilan sosial.
