Analisis Perilaku Hospitality Pengelolah Pariwisata Desa Darunu Kecamatan Wori Kabupaten Minahasa Utara

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku hospitality pengelola pariwisata di Desa Darunu, Kecamatan Wori, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi dan wawancara terhadap pengelola wisata berbasis masyarakat di Mangrove Park Darunu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik hospitality yang diterapkan masih bersifat spontan berbasis nilai budaya lokal dan belum terstandar. Kekuatan utama terletak pada sikap sopan dan penyambutan tamu, namun kelemahan terdapat pada konsistensi sapaan, responsivitas, dan belum adanya standar layanan formal. Rekomendasi yang diberikan mencakup pelatihan hospitaliti dasar, penyusunan SOP, dan evaluasi rutin untuk meningkatkan pengalaman wisatawan dan citra destinasi.
