Kualitas Pelayanan Wisata Manggrove Park di Desa Darunu Kabupaten Minahasa Utara Berdasarkan Persepsi Pengunjung

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan wisata mangrove park di Desa Darunu, Kecamatan Wori, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara berdasarkan persepsi pengunjuing. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi dan wawancara terhadap pengunjung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan secara umum sudah baik terutama pada dimensi fasilitas fisik, daya tanggap, dan keramahan. Pengunjung menilai peositif kebersihan lingkungan,harga tiket masuk,serta pelayanan ramah ari petugas. Namun, masih terdapat aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan,seperti ketersediaan sarana informasi. Rekomendasi yang diberikan antara lain peningkatan fasilitas pendukung, pelatihan profesionalisme petugas, serta pelibatan masyarakat lokal dalam pengembangan wisata.
