Pengaruh Pelatihan Membatik Terhadap Peningkatan Keterampilan dan Kemandirian Ekonomi Ibu-Ibu Majelis Taklim Masjid Ibadurrahman di Kelurahan Pancoran Mas Kota Depok

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of batik training on enhancing the skills and economic independence of women from the Ibadurrahman Mosque Majelis Taklim (religious study group) in Pancoran Mas Subdistrict, Depok City. A quantitative approach using a survey method was employed. Data were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 15 respondents and subsequently analyzed using SPSS software. Instrument testing revealed that all statement items for variables X, Y1, and Y2 were valid and demonstrated very high reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha: X = 0.914; Y1 = 0.928; Y2 = 0.961). Normality testing using the Shapiro-Wilk test indicated a normal data distribution, while linearity testing confirmed a linear relationship between the variables. Regression analysis results showed that batik training had a positive and significant effect on skill enhancement (Sig = 0.000; R² = 0.985) and on economic independence (Sig = 0.000; R² = 0.960). Furthermore, skill enhancement also positively and significantly influenced economic independence (Sig = 0.000; R² = 0.978). Thus, it can be concluded that batik training is effective in improving the batik skills of the Majelis Taklim women and fosters economic independence through productive activities and opportunities for independent or group-based batik business development.
