Abstract

Bengkel HKU Surabaya Performance, sebuah usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) yang bergerak di bidang jasa perawatan dan perbaikan sepeda motor, di daerah Tropodo, menghadapi tantangan dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa model bisnis yang diterapkan selama ini bergantung pada kedatangan langsung pelanggan ke bengkel, yang membatasi potensi pasar. Melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik bengkel, kami mengusulkan perubahan model bisnis dengan pengenalan layanan servis motor keliling berbasis digital melalui sistem pemesanan via WhatsApp. Selain itu, pengembangan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) untuk layanan keliling juga dianggap penting untuk menjaga kualitas pelayanan. Rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi kendala yang ada, memperluas pasar, dan meningkatkan daya saing bengkel di pasar yang semakin digital dan mobile. Dengan implementasi model bisnis yang lebih fleksibel dan efisien ini, Bengkel HKU Surabaya Performance diharapkan dapat meraih kesuksesan jangka panjang di sektor UMKM otomotif.
