Best Practice Pembelajaran Civic di Sekolah Dasar: Studi Kualitatif tentang Strategi Guru dalam Mengembangkan Civic Literacy Siswa

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis praktik baik pembelajaran civic education di sekolah dasar melalui pendekatan systematic literature review. Sumber data berasal dari artikel yang diperoleh melalui basis data Scopus dan diseleksi menggunakan alur PRISMA. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran civic education di sekolah dasar masih menghadapi tantangan berupa dominasi orientasi kognitif, penggunaan model pembelajaran yang kurang interaktif, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan belum meratanya pemanfaatan media digital . Namun, berbagai studi juga memperlihatkan bahwa model pembelajaran aktif seperti project-based learning, problem-based learning, dan pembelajaran kontekstual mampu meningkatkan motivasi, hasil belajar, berpikir kritis, serta karakter siswa . Selain itu, media berbasis inkuiri, multimedia interaktif, dan media digital terbukti memperkuat literasi kewargaan, identitas sipil, kreativitas, dan partisipasi siswa . Kajian ini juga menegaskan bahwa integrasi nilai multikultural, budaya lokal, dan pengalaman hidup siswa menjadi unsur penting dalam pembelajaran kewarganegaraan yang efektif . Secara keseluruhan, praktik baik pembelajaran civic education di sekolah dasar ditandai oleh keterpaduan antara model pembelajaran partisipatif, media kontekstual, materi berbasis nilai, dan kesiapan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran yang reflektif. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi guru, peneliti, dan pengambil kebijakan dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran kewarganegaraan yang lebih inovatif dan bermakna.
