Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh job involvement dan organizational commitment terhadap turnover intention pada PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Kabupaten Wonogiri. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei, data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring yang melibatkan 155 pegawai sebagai responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) melalui teknik regresi linier berganda untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa job involvement tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, yang mengindikasikan bahwa tingkat keterlibatan kerja belum mampu menjadi faktor penentu dalam menekan keinginan karyawan untuk meninggalkan organisasi. Sebaliknya, organizational commitment terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, di mana peningkatan komitmen organisasi berkorelasi kuat dengan penurunan kecenderungan karyawan untuk keluar dari perusahaan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan komitmen organisasi sebagai strategi manajerial yang krusial dalam upaya meminimalkan tingkat turnover intention di lingkungan PT PNM Kabupaten Wonogiri.
