Pengaruh Persepsi Kemudahan, Kecepatan, dan Keamanan Transaksi Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) pada Gen Z di Jombang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, transaction speed, and transaction security on the satisfaction of QRIS users among Generation Z in Jombang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with the criteria that respondents must be members of Generation Z, domiciled in Jombang Regency, have used QRIS for payment transactions, and have a digital payment application that supports QRIS on their smartphone. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that perceived ease of use, transaction speed, and transaction security each have a positive and significant partial effect on QRIS user satisfaction. Among the three variables, transaction security shows the strongest partial effect, while transaction speed has the largest regression coefficient, indicating that a sense of security and time efficiency in the payment process are primary concerns for Generation Z. Simultaneously, the three variables were also proven to have a positive and significant effect on QRIS user satisfaction, with the research model able to explain 68.2% of the variation in user satisfaction Adjusted R Square is 0.68, while the remaining 31.8% is influenced by other factors outside this study. This study is expected to contribute to QRIS service providers and regulators in improving the quality of digital payment services, particularly for the Generation Z user segment.
